Production

All Veronica Unsigned garments are produced made-to-order. Each piece is cut and constructed upon placement to preserve integrity of material and proportion.

Standard production is 3-5 weeks. 

You will be notified once your garment enters completion.

 

Sizing

Each silhouette is developed with deliberate proportion. We recommend reviewing the measurement guide prior to acquisition.

For sizing guidance, our concierge is available.

 

Alterations

Minor alterations may be accommodated following delivery.

Requests are evaluated individually.

 

Shipping

All orders are shipped fully insured and signature-required.

Domestic delivery: 5-7 business days 

International delivery 5-10 business days

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the client.

 

Returns 

Due to the made-to-order nature of our garments, all acquisitions are final.

Should an issue arise, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

 

Care 

Professional leather or cashmere specialist cleaning is recommended.

Store garments structured and protected from light.
